"The Goldman Sachs Neurodiversity Hiring Initiative is a paid internship program for people who identify as neurodivergent. The program aims to empower and integrate neurodiverse people into our workplace. The program offers training, coaching and mentoring that positions participants for success in their long-term career.\r\nWe partner with&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.us.specialisterne.com/\" target=\"_blank\">Specialisterne</a>, a non-profit organization that focuses on integrating neurodiverse people into the workplace, to help us shape an effective program for all phases –&nbsp; from helping to identify and source candidates to training and preparing them for Goldman Sachs internships.\r\nAccepted applicants will:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Participate in a variety of virtual assessment activities developed, designed, and delivered by our partner, Specialisterne</li>\r\n<li>Be invited to participate in an 8-9-week paid internship program with opportunity to convert to full time employment if selected to move forward.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\nAs an internship program participant, you will:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Hear from senior leaders, NHI program graduates and other professionals on their experience at the firm</li>\r\n<li>Receive coaching and mentorship throughout the internship</li>\r\n<li>Explore a new area of expertise and continue to develop interpersonal skills such as cross functional collaboration, public speaking and presenting group work. \r\n&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h2>Participating Offices:&nbsp;New York, Dallas, and Salt Lake City</h2>\r\n \r\n Eligibility:&nbsp;Applicants should identify as neurodivergent and have a Bachelor’s Degree; work experience is not required.
