"Sharmila graduated from our&nbsp;10,000 Women&nbsp;business education program in 2009 and first launched her business, PD Fluted Cartons, in 2002. PD Fluted Cartons is a manufacturer of printed laminated packaging for electricals, FMCG and agribusiness which now employees 50 full time staff, over half of which are women.\r\nSharmila was inspired to start her entrepreneurial journey by an ambition to provide her family with a better way of life.\r\nSharmila is aiming to gain further financial stability, scale up production and focus on sustainability.\r\n"
