What is the Analyst Impact Fund?

The Analyst Impact Fund is a global competition that builds upon Goldman Sachs’ rich history of innovative ideas from extraordinary people. Each year, our analysts from across the globe collaborate with their peers to pitch nonprofits of their choice for the opportunity to earn grants from Goldman Sachs Gives, enabling our people to make a tangible impact in the communities where we live and work.

By elevating the voices of our most junior talent to senior leadership, the Analyst Impact Fund helps us to invest in our greatest asset — our people.

Impact Through the Years

More than 6,800 analysts have participated over the Analyst Impact Fund's nine-year history.

$5.5 million in grants from Goldman Sachs Gives have been deployed to 168 nonprofits globally.

In 2025, more than 1,000 analysts pitched more than 250 nonprofits.
