About the Program

This free business education program offers 12 weeks of online learning combined with an all-expenses-paid, in-person experience at Goldman Sachs headquarters in New York. Designed specifically for sole proprietors, the program helps CEOs guide their business growth and ensure that their businesses stay in the black. Each participant is paired with a strategic advisor who provides personalized guidance to accelerate their path to growth.

Who is Eligible?

The program is open to all sole proprietors interested in creating jobs, opportunities, and economic growth in their communities. Eligible applicants must operate a revenue-generating business that has been in operation for at least one year, with a minimum revenue of $25,000 in the past 12 months. The business must be a sole proprietorship with no other full-time employees.

Program Commitment

The program requires 9-12 hours per week of online study. Participants develop business action plans, attend in-person orientation and graduation, and engage with advisors, mentors, and business leaders.
